Position: Back of House Team Member
Hours and Shifts available: 25hours+ - day and evening shifts 7 days a week

About the role:
We need a Back of House Team Member (a.k.a. Grillers, a.k.a Flamethrowers) to join our team. You'll be working the grills and cooking our PERi-PERi Chicken! We want you to want to make our customers feel warm and fuzzy, to go that extra mile that keeps them coming back for more of that PERi-PERi goodness by grilling the best chicken in town.
Your main responsibility as Back of House Staff is to ensure that you are preparing, cooking and presenting a consistently high level of food for your customers, in a clean and safe restaurant environment.
The duties covered in the back of house include food preparation and cooking on the flame grill, flat top grill and chip fryer in the restaurant. All aspects of your training in the back of house are completed using our in-house training programme.
What we are looking for:
you’ll have a passion for making people happy and providing great customer service, take pride in cooking some mouth-watering food to the best of your ability, have the courage to challenge the status quo – if somethings not right don’t let it get served, have the integrity to hold your hands up to mistakes, and treat your colleagues and your customers like family. You’ll have excellent communication skills, have a positive attitude and work well under pressure.
