About the roles;


Management are responsible for leading and motivating the shift team to meet and exceed customer expectations by delivering an exceptional restaurant experience through, providing high quality products, friendly customer service and a safe working environment.



Key Responsibilities;


  • Provide leadership as a customer service champion for the shift.
  • Train, coach and supervise shifts supervisors and crew members, to determine work requirements and priorities, delegate tasks to maximise restaurant performance.
  • Perform opening & closing duties, and all other daily routines in accordance with company policy & procedures, stock checklists and trading hours.
  • Financial management.
  • Ensure Safe work procedures and implemented and carried out.
  • Oversee the receiving and storage of all stock in line with company policies & procedures.


About you;

  • You’ll have leadership experience from a hospitality, retail or leisure background.
  • A natural desire to drive sales and use your personality to make our customers feel like Nando’s is their home away from home.
  • Ability to work at a full time capacity.
  • You’ll have bucket-loads of passion and energy to inspire, lead and develop your Nandocas (that’s team members in Nando’s speak).
  • You’ll be hungry to learn and develop and ready to grow as fast as Nando’s does!
  • Track record in acheiving KPI's, particularly sales and profit preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills and great customer service skills essential.
