Harbour Town Nando's Crew!

Growth for Nando's on the Gold Coast will see a new-build restaurant join us at Harbour Town. This has created the opportunity to welcome Nandoca's (employees) to the business. Our Restaurant Manager has already been appointed, and now we're on the search for Front of House, Back of House, and Multi-Skilled Nandocas to help run a brilliant restaurant and deliver amazing customer experiences.



The Role

A Nandoca has a fire in their belly to ignite passion into our beautiful restaurants and deliver an exceptional experience to our guests. A Nandoca:

  • Offers the very best customer experience - every time; and
  • Has fantastic work ethic and an awesome attitude that lives the Nando's values of Pride, Passion, Courage, Integrity, and Family.

Ideally you will:

  • Love Customer Service and exceed in creating relationships. You're passionate also about the detail and a quick learner;
  • Have a positive, can-do attitude and you're self-motivated;
  • Have hands-on experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment;
  • Be willing and be to work a rotating roster with availability over 7 days.
  • Be hungry to learn and develop and ready to grow as fast as Nando’s does.
