IT Systems Administrator

We are looking for a Nandoca with a passion for technology to join our IT team. 


The Role:


You will be responsible for effective provisioning, technical design and implementation, operation and maintenance of systems hardware and software, and related network infrastructure. This role has a particular focus on Point of Sale but will be required to work across the Restaurant environment and Central Support office. You will also be required to provide technical leadership and guidance in the implementation of IT projects to enable continuing innovation within the corporate infrastructure.


Your key responsibilities include:

  • Provide secure access to users for online components of the Restaurant S
  • Provide recommendations, support, advice and feedback related to the Restaurant Systems for the franchise network, company restaurant staff and the Operations Department.
  • Provide Level 2 IT support for Restaurants (franchise and company owned) and L1 & L2 IT support Central Support.
  • Support and maintain Central Support’s IT infrastructure.
  • Provide recommendations, evaluate and maintain software applications for projects, Restaurants and Central Support.
  • Monitor IT systems to ensure security, integrity and availability to users.
  • Assist with day-to-day maintenance of Restaurant Systems.
  • Recommend, evaluate and maintain infrastructure requirements for projects, Restaurants and Central Support.
  • Monitor IT networks to ensure security and availability to users.
  • Manage refurbished IT and POS hardware at Central Support.


To be considered for the role, you must possess:




  • Customer service mindset, a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Driven to continually improve, monitor and improve IT processes with the aim of making them as effective and efficient as possible
  • Ability to documentation and adhere to processes, creating a reliable, repeatable and measurable base
  • Ability to problem solve technology issues, when the process does not have the answer, you’ll need to be able to work it out.
  • Full, unrestricted rights to work in Australia.


Highly regarded:

  • Ability to establish credibility and be decisive.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related discipline (relevant experience may substitute for tertiary qualification requirement).
  • Broad knowledge of technology and telecommunications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal skills and a keen customer focus.
  • Superior organisational and time management skills
