This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced, customer obsessed Loyalty Manager to manage one of the best loyalty programs in ANZ. Nando’s PERi-Perks last year picked up 2 awards for Best Loyalty program (Inside Retail 2020 and QSR Media Awards 2020) and is now on the hunt for a new Loyalty Manager to drive loyalty across Australia and New Zealand. We have over 1,000,000 passionate members who we love to reward with fun! 


The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the growth of the program as we embark on the next phase of our exciting journey with a new Customer Management Platform. If you love people, technology and data then this role is will allow you to create personalized experiences and drive the acquisition and retention of our members. You’ll also get to manage a team of 5 customer loyalty champions who keep our customers happy through our care centre.


You’ll join us from a background in customer/marketing loyalty, you love all things loyalty and take great pride in the ability to connect with customers positively and emotionally while being commercially brilliant!


The role of the Loyalty Manager is a senior leader in the Customer Experience team and it’s purpose is to increase member’s value in line with the customer experience strategy. The primary role of the Marketing function at Nando’s is to generate demand, create excitement and nurture love for our brand.

What will your day look like?

  • Increase the scale, effectiveness and efficiency of PERi-Perks through automation and personalisation
  • Manage PERi-Perks onto a new structure and platform to drive significant growth
  • Allow Nando’s to gain strategic advantage for growth with customer insights from data
  • Develop and execute member acquisitions, member promotions, and content/event initiatives in line with agreed objectives
  • Lead the development and execution of PERi-Perks CRM loyalty across ANZ
  • Coach and mentor a team of 5 customer loyalty champions
  • Add value to the development of digital member experiences
  • Manage all activity to agreed budgets
  • Monitor and evaluate competitor activity and trends. Recommend actions to ensure Nando’s is ahead of the competitive set
  • Effectively contribute to the Product development working groups
  • Build effective working relationships across the ANZ business
  • Promote best practise within the Marketing department and constantly look to improve processes and procedures
  • Build relationships with Marketing teams in other Nando’s businesses to share ideas and best practise

What are we looking for?

  • Tertiary education in marketing or related field
  • Demonstrated 3+ years experience working on a reputable loyalty program
  • Experience managing a customer/loyalty management platform is desirable
  • Experience managing a team is desirable
  • Strong financial analysis skills
  • Drive, energy and creativity.
  • Proven initiative as a self-starter, driven by results.
  • A team player that fits in with a dynamic marketing department.
  • Well organised, comfortable with multi tasking.
  • Technically savvy
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Incredibly strong attention to detail
  • Good sense of humour
  • Ability to build strong relationships
