About the role:

Being a Restaurant Manager (Patrao) at Nando’s goes far beyond the profit and loss of your restaurant. That’s important, of course, but the most important part of your job is to create unforgettable experiences for our customers and for your team, front of house as well as back of house. We’ll make sure you get all the support and opportunities you need to do just that, plus the freedom to run the restaurant as if it was your very own business.


As Patrao, you always lead from the front and act as a role model in your restaurant and amongst your colleagues. You’ll maintain operational standards including the food control plan, and health and safety, following all company policy and procedures. You’ll need to be able to have flexible working hours.


What we are looking for:

  • Positive and upbeat management style, you lead from the front and understand that you succeed when your team succeed. You can engage, lead and motivate others.
  • Minimum 3-year experience in Hospitality, retail or service related industry essential in the capacity of Shift Supervisor or above, including 2 years minimum in a customer facing role.
  • Proven track record of achieving KPIs.
