About the role:

As an Assistant Manager at Nando’s, you’ll work alongside your Manager to create a great working environment to enable all team members to enjoy their work and be the best they can be.

 

What we are looking for:

  • Positive and upbeat management style, you lead from the front and understand that you succeed when your team succeed. You can engage, lead and motivate others.
  • 1+ years’ experience in Hospitality industry with experience as a supervisor, team leader or higher position (desirable).
  • Track record in achieving KPIs, particularly sales, profit and people outcomes.
